Autumn Art & Yoga Retreat : October 13-16, 2023 (Friday - Monday)

Thank you for showing your enthusiasm to join this special micro-sized retreat with Jen Lo!

Retreat programming includes daily art making, yoga, and intentional space for connection and friendship. The retreat is located on California’s stunning central coast (near Morro Bay) on a secluded and well loved couple-owned property. Space is limited (6 lodging units) to ensure an intimate experience. There are spaces available for non-programming attendees (adult and child) and are filled on a first come first serve basis. Information will be requested below, thank you!

Sample Schedule

Friday: Welcome dinner, evening practice, opening circle

Saturday: Coffee + Yogurt, pit fire ceramics, morning practice, Brunch, free time, dinner, gentle evening practice

Sunday: Coffee + Yogurt, painting & expressive arts, morning practice, Brunch, free time, dinner, gentle evening practice

Monday: Morning practice, closing circle, farewell brunch

Culinary Art

All meals are vegetarian and prepared by Chef Perla, Art You Can Eat.

Fees:

• SOLD OUT $2290—entire place to yourself plus one

  Example: Sandy is attending the art and yoga retreat and bringing her husband Bob, who will be sharing the lodging and joining for meals and free time. Bob is not participating in any retreat programming (art, yoga, etc.) and just wants to relax on the property and catch up on some reading. Sandy and Bob plan to go down to the beach together during free time. The $2290 fee covers Sandy and Bob.

• SOLD OUT $1950—entire place to yourself

Example: Sandy is attending the art and yoga retreat by herself and wants the entire lodging and bathroom to herself.

• SOLD OUT $1360—shared lodging (double occupancy, female only)

Example one: Sandy and her friend June have decided to attend this retreat together and want to share lodging. They would each pay a fee of $1360.

Example two: Sandy could register by herself and be placed with another retreat participant and make a new friend!

• SOLD OUT $1050—assistant (be a kitchen & art helper)

An energetic exchange is available for kitchen help and to be Jen’s art assistant. Details will follow to those who are interested and select this option.

Deposit—$500 upon registration secures your spot (cancellation policy below).

What’s included:

• Art instruction, art supplies, yoga, lodging, and all vegetarian meals.

• For non-programming guests, lodging and meals only.

What’s not included:

• Travel to and from the retreat site.

• Personal items, snacks, and alcoholic beverages (to be enjoyed responsibly)

Balance due by August 1st, 2023

90% refund if cancelled by July 31, 2023

50% refund if cancelled by August 13th, 2023

Refund not issued for cancellation after August 20th, 2023
