Please ask yourself these questions and read the commentary.

Q: What are the areas of study I want to work on?

It’s okay to not know exactly what it is you want to work on; however, it is helpful to have some direction such as stress relief, increased mobility, yoga philosophy, or something more abstract like connecting to intuition and creativity.

Q: Am I ready to dedicate 6-hours in the next 30-days to explore the benefits of working with Jen?

In my experience, it takes between 6-10 sessions to get comfortable. I strive to be of the highest service to you and it takes some time to cultivate trust and connectivity. To explore our compatibility, I require 6-hours of dedicated practice within 30-days.

Q: Does an investment of $200/hour feel light and reasonable to me?

When working privately, you will have my dedicated focus during class. In addition, I devote a great amount of energy researching and designing your sessions. As a premium offering, this price is non-negotiable and no refunds can be given—thank you for understanding.
