By registering and participating in virtual, in-person, and outdoor yoga classes, I understand that there is a possibility of physical injury and am participating at my own risk. I have chosen to join of my own free will, using my own judgement (and/or that of my physician's) that the yoga techniques demonstrated during these classes are appropriate for me. I understand that due to the online nature of virtual classes, no instructor will be in a position to assist me in safely entering or maintaining any posture. I understand that virtual yoga classes are not a substitute for medical care.

By registering and taking place in these virtual, in-person, and outdoor classes, I understand that should a minor child participate with me, I assume responsibility for the child. If another adult is taking the class with me, they are liable to sign their own waiver before class. I understand virtual yoga takes place on the public Zoom platform and if I choose to show my video, it will be visible to everyone in the class. Class recordings may include video footage of participants.

By registering and taking place in these virtual, in-person, and outdoor classes, I acknowledge that any pose or physical activity carries with it the potential for damage or loss of property, serious injury, and death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume the risk of participating in these yoga classes. I expressly waive, release, discharge and agree not to sue Jen Lo, host properties, and any guest teachers from any liability of personal injury, disability, death, loss of property or action of any kind for my participation in these virtual and outdoor yoga classes.

I am at least 18 years old (if minor is listed, a parent or guardian may sign this waiver on their behalf).
